First Thanksgiving!

Overall, Kylie enjoyed her first Thanksgiving. It was a little tiring for her, but she made it through with naps and all. We were so proud of her. We left the house around 12:30 (after Casey played in the annual Eden Road Church Turkey Bowl and the truck was packed up and ready to go...) and went to Casey's grandparents house in Irving. Kylie met everyone and mostly enjoyed all the faces and goo goo ga ga's. Haha. She then became very tired and went right down for a nap on Memaw and Papaw's bed! It's not normal for her to nap anywhere other than at home.

After Thanksgiving lunch, we took Kylie over to the Davis side and Kylie spent some time with them. Her great grandparents Bob and Bobbie were able to hold and play with her for a little bit. (By the way, my camera was left at Memaw and Papaw's at this point, so I don't have many pictures from this stop. Heidi I will need some of these pics from your camera! :) ) She did well over there too. Not fussy at all. She ate and then we were on our way down to Austin.

Before we left Heidi asked Kylie to sleep all the way down to make an easy trip from Mommy and Daddy... and she listened!! She napped all the way until Round Rock where we exited for Auntie Linda's house.

We made it to our Kramer side Thanksgiving around 6:30. Even though she had just napped for a very long time in the car, it was still the evening (most babies are fussy in the evening) and getting close to her official bedtime. Needless to say, she wasn't the happiest baby for too long. I fed her and changed her diaper and then it was time for dinner!! Here's Kylie sitting with Daddy at the table.

I just realized that her belly is hanging out in this picture! Ha! :) My sweet baby girl!!
